System for the composition and gluing of pieces of cladding to secure them prior to installation.
The system allows in a fast, comfortable and semi-automatic way, to bond pieces of materials such as ceramic, porcelain, slate, stone, etc. for their convenient packaging and subsequent handling on site.
The operator places the pieces vertically on the work area, while the plotter, on the operator's command, executes the predefined work sequence, applying the adhesive in the quantity, position and length previously ordered.
The programme works with recipes for a quick and easy change of formats, allowing the operator to change production in just seconds.
Once the pieces have been glued and during the drying process, they are passed to a turner which places them in a horizontal position and then places them inside the boxes.
