Maincer starts-up articulated arm robots for handling different types of product that are used in the automation of production processes and the manipulation of different types of product.
To do this, Maincer studies all the necassary parameters for the correct choice of the arm robot, such as reach, maximum weight, turning radius, etc. Thanks to this robotization we obtain automated production lines for handling loads. In addition, Maincer also designs and manufactures the tool for the application, like suction cups, suction plates, clamps, etc. considering the features of the product to be handled.
The programming of robots movements is also done by Maincer staff.
All robots installed by Maincer complies with the applicable CE regulations, equipping, if necessary, security fences and whatever other measures are necessary. The operators working around the articulated arm are not in danger.
