MCE-700/2 Multidisc Cutting Machine - ECO Range

Born from the experience in the manufacture of multi-blade cutting machines since 1987, the new MCE range accumulates all the most important features of our legendary MCN, but simplifying the less important ones to cover all the needs that the tile cutting workshops, ceramic distributors, retailers or marble workshops may have at a super competitive price.

With its chassis made of structural steel tube, hot-dip galvanised and then milled on table and motor support, the MCE range does not skimp on any of its main virtues for the toughest work. A thick chassis, which in addition to a long life, also gives the machine a very high stability and total absence of vibrations during the cutting process. In addition to the above, the direct shaft cutting motors developed by Maincer, with a power of 20kW each, provide an amazing ease of cutting, even with materials of high thickness and hardness. This creates a chassis+motors tandem that makes easy the most difficult work.

The sound-proof cover of the cutting area reduces a large part of the noise caused by the cutting process and at the same time provides safety and hygiene for the operator.

The electrics is still entrusted to top European suppliers: ABB, Schneider, Omron, Pilz, etc. are just a few examples of the brands of our electrical components. In addition to this, the colour touch screen gives all the necessary information to the operator.
