The dry cutting and squaring line for unfired tiles responds to the need to homogenize calibers. Not least, with this line it is also possible to give a practically identical dimensional appearance to each piece. This process is carried out quickly, on the same production line and without the need to implement a new mechanization process for the finished product.
The typical installation consists of three different machines linked by transport sections:
- MRC dry grinding machine. It rectifies the longitudinal sides of the piece using diamond grinding wheels of different grits.
- MCP parallel cutting machine. It cuts the transverse sides of the piece, using parallel cutting blades.
- Post-process brushing machine. With this machine we get a clean surface finish of dust and impurities that could disrupt the original surface finish after passing the pieces through the kiln.
As it is a mechanization line, Maincer can adapt it to the needs of the product and the client, obtaining a wide range of customization, according to the space available in the factory, the type of product, the productivity to be obtained, etc.
