Stand Alone system, available for any airless pump

By continuously analyzing the engobe / glaze flow through the nozzles, the new Control Flux recognizes whether the nozzle is partially or fully occluded. In addition, it is also possible to see if the nozzle is very worn and therefore applying more grammage on the tile than necessary.

It is possible to configure two types of notifications:

• Warning: alerts the operator that the nozzles will soon need to be changed.
• Alarm: alerts the operator that more weight is being applied to the tile than necessary.

Advantage:

• Reduction to «0» of the operator intervention time to notice an anomaly in the nozzle flow.
• Preventive analysis of nozzle consumption
• Avoid discarding nozzles that can still be used more
• Avoid wasting glaze / engobe
• Avoid defects in production by applying high / low grammage of engobe / glaze
