Stacker at the oven exit

The purpose of this machine is to make stacks of tiles at the kiln exit in order to subsequently fit these stacks into their corresponding cardboard packaging. This stacker, due to its large capacity, guarantees the execution of cycles in a very smooth way, achieving a very high compromise between smoothness of movements and productivity.

The suction plates, coated with a special cellular material, are in charge of picking up the pieces without damaging or marking them, as they will go directly to their final cardboard packaging. It is suitable even for highly textured or embossed surfaces.
