Argenta se decanta por i-Tech y Maincer para recarga de tintas
Maincer, i-Tech's Official Distributor in Spain, has recently installed and commissioned two automatic ink refilling systems for digital inkjet machines. The installation has been carried out in the new Argenta plant in Vall d'Alba (Castellón).
The I-NKFILLER® system installed at our customer Argenta consists of:
- Two Smarty batteries, or I-Tech containers for ink storage - one battery consists of 8 Smartys, the other of 4 Smartys.
- A series of pipes connecting the Smartys to all the digital machines.
- All the electro-mechanical devices such as PLCs, pumps and valves that enable the transfer of the ink from the Smarty to the digital printers.
This system allows the product to be stored for use in smart containers, the Smartys, which will keep it constantly filtered and stirred thanks to excellent technology for the recirculation of materials that prevents sedimentation. The Smarty tanks are connected directly to the digital printers via an overhead distribution system consisting of pipes and containment channels. Thanks to the innovative filling control device, the product is automatically transferred from the tanks to the digital printers.
The system has no quantity limits in terms of number of inks and printers and the configuration can be modular or flexible.
The I-NKFILLER® system is fully configurable to meet the characteristics of each installation and each customer.
