Radiant plate dryers

Rapid irradiation dryers for heat transmission.
Thermal energy is supplied by means of incandescent radiating plates that enable you to obtain -with the use of a gas fuel such as methane or LPG- uniform combustion with extremely low percentages of CO and Nox emissions, without generating noise and therefore respecting the environment and working conditions.
The high level of efficiency in heat exchange, made possible by the transmission of heat via irradiation and the convenient control of combustion, has led us to the creation of highly compact, reliable machines that are easy to use and offer numerous advantages over the traditional convection-based systems.

Particulary important advantages are derived from the following features:

- Reduction of the space occupied by lines.
- Reduction of the consumption of gas fuel.
- Possibility, when necessary, of obtaining high temperatures in the material treated.
- Flexibility of use given the possibility of operating with different power outputs.

For use in the following sectors:

- Ceramic tile industry: glazing lines, application of decorations, pre-heating of tiles and special pieces, rapid drying at the exit of polishing lines.
- Crafting of marbles: rapid drying of marble pieces and special pieces.
- In general with specific manufacturing modifications: Ongoing drying of sand and inorganic granular substances, drying of metallic pieces and in all applications requiring energetic drying and heating action with significantly reduced treatment times.
