Suction plane feeder with turner

Ceramic tile feed system using pneumatic turner.
The packs with pieces are placed in vertical position and, therefore, the operators’ work is facilitated. Once the table is full, the system makes a 90º turn locates the piles horizontally and places them in a rolling table. The table moves the piles forward until they reach a point where the suction plane releases the upper row of tiles and positions them on a transport belt system, which moves them along the rectifying line.
