Precutting machine at the glazing line

Machine to produce incisions on green glazed ceramic products, can be used for any kind of ceramic product but double fired products.
It has to be installed at the end of the glazing line.
This system is composed by two precutting machines and machine to turn 90º the pieces before the second machine, this system can manage different sorts finishings: such as mosaic, 10x10 mm. pieces, and even precut between windows decorated with aleatory silk-screen printing, obtaining a mosaic effect that once layed, lets an easy filling in the joints. This system doesn't limit the production speed of the glazing line, managing to work with a wide range of sizes of products that vary from 10x10 mm. up to 60x60 mm. The width of the piece is what limits the maximum size that can be precutted.
