Slotting Machine for ventilated façade pieces

This machine has been conceived to produce lateral incisions on the ceramic tiles in an automatic and continuous way. The incisions are made in order to drive sleeper clips for the installation of ventilated façades.
This machine is made of:
• Transportation belt for the ceramic pieces with motorized width adjustment from 450mm up to 1200mm.
• Automatic stop and fixing piece system for the different sizes adjustment.
• Six high speed motors (3 on each side of the machine) for the cutting discs. With electronic cutting advance system and deep incision regulator.
• We will be also able to adjust the distance between motors in order to adjust the distance between incisions.
• Complete electrical panel with display for data adjustments and storage.
• Lateral panel control, pneumatic and hydraulic installation and CE norms security devices.
